Update + Stop Running

In this week's episode, I give you an update on the new release of our "P.U.R.E. In this episode, I also share with you my journey to accomplishing one of my biggest goals for this year.  In mid-February, I was chosen to run in the Broad Street Run.  This is a HUGE race!!  It is a 10k run and I am beyond nervous.  During this episode, I will share my moments of happiness, fear and how I faced my fear.
